Safe Chlorination for Drinking Water is based on academic research, practitioner experiences and lessons learned by staff at CAWST. This workshop build knowledge and skills in participants to enable them to be able to decide whether chlorination is the best approach for drinking water treatment in their community, calculate chlorine demand and dosing correctly and safely handle and store chlorine products. The ideal participants are people working in household water treatment, drinking water treatment, water supply, community health etc.
